Junior IT Business Analyst

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Junior IT Business Analyst to join one of their top clients for a remote opportunity. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver an intuitive color matching platform and supporting go-to-market activities.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders, product managers, UI/UX designers, and sales teams to deliver an intuitive color matching platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain the product backlog
• Support go-to-market activities, including documentation, training, and stakeholder communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or related field
• 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis, UI/UX design, or a related role
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
