The role involves implementing organizational programs, reviewing contracts, and ensuring effective communication to meet project goals within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of organizational strategy
- Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
- Help with tactical planning using resources like project schedules and regular interactions with customers
- Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience with U.S. government and military environments
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines
- Ability to develop a variety of reports, monthly progress, or status reports
- Ability to coordinate and document events, including travel, meetings, and conferences
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience working in or supporting an Air Force or DoD organization
- Experience with senior government, civilians, and military leadership
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possession of excellent team collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree
