RecruitHook is a Growth & Longevity Advisory Platform helping executives, investors, and entrepreneurs transition into business ownership and access high-level career opportunities. They are seeking a Fractional Head of Growth & AI Marketing Systems to build and optimize marketing strategies that drive revenue through innovative content, funnels, and automation systems.
Responsibilities:
- Refine and simplify our core narrative
- Create clear offers across: Recruiting, Franchise ownership, Longevity solutions, Affiliate partnerships
- Develop a premium, investor-grade look and feel
- Build clean diagrams explaining: Deal flow, Revenue streams, Affiliate model
- Build workflows using tools like: Claude, OpenClaw, Apify, Instantly
- Turn inbound and outbound traffic into booked calls
- Optimize the journey from first touch → deal
- Continuously improve performance based on results
