About this role
ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate, and they are seeking a Senior Director, Head of Performance Marketing, Agentic / AI-First to build and scale Paid Media. This role involves establishing a high-velocity paid media strategy, driving experimentation, and transforming performance marketing execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own All Paid Channels
- Apply a B2C Growth Lens
- Build a central experimentation engine for Paid Media
- Define Clear Processes For
- Champion the use of GenAI
- Create and maintain the operating model for paid media execution
- Lead enablement for channel managers
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Acquisition
- Proven ability to build high-velocity testing systems and drive rapid experimentation
- Deep channel mastery with a creative sensibility and performance mindset
- Experience building frameworks, processes, and centralized standards
- Comfort leading in fast-paced, dynamic environments and influencing cross-functional partners
- Experience across both B2B and B2C environments strongly preferred
