Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a high-energy, execution-focused Growth Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to drive pipeline creation for BrassRing. The role involves building and running campaigns, generating qualified B2B leads, and directly impacting revenue growth through multi-channel lead generation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Execute multi-channel B2B lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, webinars, outbound support)
- Generate high-quality internet sales leads targeting HR, Talent Acquisition, CHROs, and Public Sector decision-makers
- Drive MQL-to-SQL conversion in partnership with Sales
- Optimize campaign performance based on data (CPL, CAC, conversion rates, pipeline contribution)
- Support product-focused messaging across campaigns
- Contribute ideas to growth strategy while primarily owning execution
- Maintain marketing automation tools and track campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or demand generation
- Strong hands-on experience in digital lead generation and campaign execution
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing or demand generation
- Prior exposure to HR technology, HRIS, ATS, or Talent Acquisition platforms is a strong advantage
- Product-focused mindset — able to clearly communicate value propositions
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, performance-driven settings
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Experience in startup or growth-stage environments
