Responsibilities:
- Digest the HireOS methodology through our best-selling book Healing Career Wounds to gain insight into the company’s unique approach, enhancing both personal expertise and team efficiency
- Conduct 15 meetings with key potential clients to understand their pain points and align with their business objectives, demonstrating immediate impact on lead discovery and needs analysis
- Deliver a presentation to the team summarizing the insights gained and identifying immediate opportunities for engagement, driving clarity and strategic alignment
- Actively participate in daily sales activities, demonstrating effective lead generation strategies that visibly enhance pipeline quality
- Own the process of nurturing leads, converting at least 10 warm prospects into qualified leads ready for handoff to sales executives, reflecting your growing expertise in the conversion process
- Develop and implement a strategic outreach plan that increases lead conversion by 20%, showcasing your capability to innovate and drive measurable success
- Lead at least two refinement sessions for the lead-generation playbook, incorporating new insights to further enhance the playbook's precision and effectiveness
