TBG | The Bachrach Group is a growing organization in the services sector seeking a Contract Project Manager to lead initiatives focused on artificial intelligence and business process automation. This role involves overseeing projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to define solutions and ensure successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of automation and AI-related projects, from planning through deployment
- Establish project scope, timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Maintain clear and organized documentation for all initiatives
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation within existing workflows
- Lead workshops to map current processes and define future-state improvements
- Convert operational requirements into structured technical specifications
- Measure and report on improvements such as time savings, reduced errors, and operational impact
- Act as a central point of coordination between technical teams (engineering, data, systems) and business stakeholders
- Facilitate agile practices such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives where applicable
- Align priorities across departments and manage competing demands
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership
- Support rollout of new tools and processes through structured change management approaches
- Coordinate testing, training, and onboarding for end users
- Monitor adoption and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Promote a culture of innovation and data-informed decision-making
- Work with external vendors and technology providers as needed
- Assist with evaluation, onboarding, and oversight of third-party solutions
- Monitor performance, deliverables, and service expectations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience, including work on technology or transformation initiatives
- Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven systems
- Familiarity with project delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience producing key project documentation (roadmaps, status updates, risk logs, etc.)
- Ability to operate independently in a contract-based role
- Exposure to geospatial systems, regulated industries, or complex operational environments
- Experience working with AI-enabled tools or automation platforms
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
- Familiarity with common project management and collaboration tools
- Awareness of data governance, privacy, and security considerations in technology deployments
