Rangam is a company seeking a Project Manager with expertise in Airtable for a remote position. The role involves building solutions in Airtable, supporting client needs, and ensuring workflow efficiency while maintaining governance and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary “hands on keys” Airtable builder for ongoing enhancements, new workflows, interface updates, and automation improvements
- Support day-to-day enablement requests and troubleshooting
- Maintain and refine existing databases, automations, and interfaces to ensure usability and reliability
- Participate in recurring client meetings and working sessions as part of the client team
- Understand client business objectives, translate those into business requirements, and ensure alignment to technical solutions
- Proactively identify workflow gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Help prioritize initiatives in collaboration with the other stakeholders
- Contribute to solution planning discussions and support progress across active workstreams
- Ensure solutions follow established governance, compliance, and data integrity standards
- Document workflows and support knowledge transfer to client users
- Promote scalable, maintainable builds aligned to internal best practices
Requirements:
- 3 plus years of Airtable hands on experience
- Being able to build solutions in Airtable
- Client facing with great communication skills
- 5+ years of experience delivering digital, systems, or no-code solutions in a client-facing or embedded capacity
- 3+ years of strong hands-on experience building in Airtable (bases, automations, interfaces, permissions, integrations)
- Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to translate needs into effective system solutions
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with thoughtful, practical strategic thinking
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Airtable Admin and Builder certifications
- Experience working with Marketing and Communications teams
- Experience with other AI / no-code development platforms
