Redis is a company that provides a real-time data platform powering production AI applications and more. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new product launches, as well as create engaging content for technical audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to develop positioning, messaging, and GTM plans for new product launches and features, from initial narrative through sales enablement and demand gen execution
- Create content across the funnel: technical blogs, solution briefs, competitive comparisons, webinars, and launch assets that speak credibly to developers, architects, and technical decision-makers
- Work with our cloud partners (AWS, GCP, Azure) to develop joint messaging, co-marketing assets, and go-to-market plays that drive pipeline
- Run market and customer research to sharpen our ICP understanding and feed insights back into positioning and product roadmap conversations
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, with at least some of that time spent marketing developer-facing or data infrastructure products
- The ability to go deep technically — you don't need to write the code, but you need to understand what matters to the people who do and translate that into messaging that earns their respect
- Strong content instincts: you know how to write a blog post that a senior engineer will actually read, and a deck that a VP of Engineering will actually believe
- Experience taking products to market — positioning, launch planning, and cross-functional coordination are things you've done, not just observed
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action. We move fast, priorities shift, and the best person for this role figures out what matters and gets it done
- Background in or around the database, data platform, or AI infrastructure space
- Experience working with hyperscaler partner teams on co-sell or co-marketing programs
- Familiarity with how PLG and enterprise sales motions coexist (we have both)
