Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is a global leader in medical aesthetics seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead downstream marketing initiatives for aesthetic devices. The role focuses on executing marketing strategies in collaboration with sales and clinical teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Translate global and upstream brand strategy into actionable, field-ready programs
- Lead go-to-market execution for product launches, enhancements, and campaigns
- Develop sales tools, messaging, and promotional assets that drive demand and conversion
- Partner with clinical and product teams to align positioning, indications, and competitive differentiation
- Support pricing strategy, promotions, and bundling initiatives in collaboration with commercial leadership
- Optimize channel strategy, distribution support, and in-market presence
- Drive integrated campaigns across digital, events, field marketing, and KOL activation
- Act as a strategic partner to the sales organization, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution
- Build impactful tools (pitch decks, objection handlers, ROI models) to increase win rates
- Support training initiatives and field enablement programs
- Develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to drive advocacy and education
- Partner with clinical teams to execute events, trainings, and peer-to-peer programs
- Capture and translate voice-of-customer insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and customer insights
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend adjustments to strategy and execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA a plus
- Min. 5-8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in medical devices, aesthetics, or healthcare
- Strong experience in downstream / commercial marketing
- Proven ability to execute across the 4 P's in a B2B or physician-driven environment
- Experience partnering closely with sales teams and KOL networks
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Aesthetics industry experience (energy-based devices, injectables, skincare)
- Experience supporting capital equipment sales models
- Exposure to clinical education or training programs
