Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, and they are seeking a Product Marketing Manager focused on pricing and monetization strategies. The role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance product adoption and drive revenue through effective pricing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with product, pricing, and sales teams to build pricing and monetization strategies, with the goal of driving revenue, improving customer experience and product attach
- Develop a strong understanding of user needs, competitor pricing and sources of differentiation relative to other alternatives
- Enable sales teams in understanding and communicating the value of our products
- Launch new pricing constructs, develop go-to-market plans, create messaging and positioning for different user segments
Requirements:
- 3+ years of prior experience with focus on pricing / monetization and payments / fintech
- Experience with understanding competitor landscape, conducting detailed benchmarking and understanding competitive strategies
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research on product needs and value perception
- Analytical mindset, with experience leveraging data to identify monetization opportunities and drive cross-functional alignment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with analytical tools
- SQL experience is a plus
- Experience with financial services including online payments
