CVS Health is building a world of health around every individual, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Medicare Retiree Solution Customer Service Centers. The role involves providing compassionate and proactive customer service to Medicare members, educating them on plan benefits, and resolving their inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Educates plan benefits, answers questions and resolves issues based on incoming telephone member contacts
- Utilizes compliant documentation standards
- Provides empathetic and member centric service
- Exceeding our member’s expectations is our standard
- Ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness and all questions are thoroughly answered/resolved
Requirements:
- Must live and work MST or PST Time Zone
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- Basic computer, typing and telephony skills or equivalent military experience
- Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate
- Ability to apply patience
- Adaptability
- Customer Service experiences in a healthcare environment
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience
