Business & Finance AI Analyst

Alignerr is a company focused on leveraging business and finance expertise to enhance AI systems. They are seeking a Business & Finance AI Analyst to evaluate AI-generated content and provide structured feedback to improve performance in complex business scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate AI-generated content across business, finance, accounting, and economics topics
• Assess the accuracy and depth of financial analyses, strategic recommendations, and management frameworks
• Identify errors in financial reasoning, valuation methodologies, and business logic
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI performance on complex business scenarios
• Evaluate AI outputs covering FP&A, corporate strategy, investment analysis, and financial modeling
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting — OR 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, FP&A, or strategy
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to evaluate both quantitative and qualitative business content with precision
• Clear written communication skills in English
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• No prior AI or machine learning experience required
• CFA, CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional certifications
• Hands-on experience with financial modeling, valuation, or data analysis
• Background in management consulting or strategic planning
• Familiarity with current market trends and business frameworks
