Dahl Consulting is partnering with a technology-driven organization in the clean energy and sustainability sector to identify an experienced Project Manager, People Technology. This role focuses on the successful delivery of multiple concurrent HR technology projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall direction, planning, execution, communication, and delivery of People Technology projects across the IT organization
- Partner with IT, product teams, HR, and business sponsors to ensure solutions meet both business and technical requirements
- Develop project scope documents, work breakdown structures, schedules, and milestone tracking
- Run sprint planning sessions, stakeholder reviews, and quarterly business overviews
- Track project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests in alignment with PMO guidelines
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and escalate issues as needed
- Provide regular status reporting to leadership, governance groups, and project teams
- Support documentation standards, knowledge management, and project closure processes
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, including SOW oversight and delivery tracking
- Present project updates in All Technology Readouts and other leadership forums
Requirements:
- Prior project management experience specifically supporting HR projects
- Experience supporting Workday or similar enterprise HR platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using project tracking and management tools
- Ability to stay organized, focused, and accountable while supporting multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Agile work environments
- Experience managing HR or People Technology initiatives
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience coordinating with external vendors or third-party partners
- Exposure to process improvement, workflow design, or operational documentation
