- Support development of buyer's guides, campaign messaging, and promotional materials across key verticals including paratransit, campus, and fleet
- Build and maintain sales tools including pitch decks, 1-pagers, battle cards, talk tracks, and objection handling guides
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to ensure reps are equipped to sell and retain across all segments and operating companies
- Write clear, compelling copy across formats — emails, web pages, one-pagers, event materials, newsletters, and more
- Translate technical product capabilities into customer-facing value propositions that resonate with transit and public sector buyers
- Conduct customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and competitive research to inform messaging and positioning
- Synthesize market feedback into actionable insights for product and go-to-market teams

- Participate in product planning discussions to ensure market perspective is represented in roadmap decisions
- Coordinate with external partners and event teams on speaking sessions, sponsorships, and co-marketing initiatives
Requirements:

- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, lean team environment with multiple priorities in flight
- Highly organized with strong project management instincts
- Pragmatic Marketing Certified (PMC) — strongly preferred
- Experience in transit, public sector, fleet management, or adjacent industries
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and project management platforms
- Experience conducting win/loss interviews and translating insights into competitive positioning
