jscreen is a national non-profit dedicated to preventing genetic diseases through affordable at-home testing and counseling. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead conversion rate optimization and lifecycle marketing, focusing on enhancing patient engagement and improving funnel performance. The role involves collaborating with various teams to implement testing strategies and optimize marketing efforts across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Own website conversion and full-funnel performance (entry -> product page -> checkout/registration -> completion/kit return)
- Partner with our web agency, customer service to deploy a steady, consistent volume of experiments that help us understand conversion levers and the key messages that most resonate with our audience
- You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product Marketing/Content to translate key messages into testable hypotheses and structured web briefs(variants, requirements, execution, QA, reporting), with deep focus on lower-funnel checkout/registration and kit-return improvements
- Run monthly full-funnel conversion diagnostics across entry -> product -> checkout/registration -> completion, using experimentation and behavioral tools (heatmaps/session replay, form analytics, cohorting) to identify drop-offs, quantify impact, and prioritize experiments that increase profit-per-visit
- Own a profit-per-visit experimentation system (backlog & log): test design, traffic assumptions, instrumentation, QA, measurement plan, and executive-ready readouts
- Produce experiment briefs (hypothesis, audience, variant plan, success metric, guardrails) for landing pages, new website pages, PDP flows, and checkout steps; ensure every iteration launches with proper tracking and clear learning agenda
- Continuously increase testing velocity (more tests executed/month) without sacrificing measurement quality
- Implement a structured experimentation roadmap across landing pages & checkout/registration & lifecycle
- Test messaging (value prop, objections, trust signals, emotional storytelling, education) and mechanics (funnel steps, CTAs, page structure, friction removal)
- Implement AI workflows specifically for experiment ideation and throughput, QA, analysis synthesis, lifecycle personalization & optimization, and reporting automation with accuracy/compliance checks
- Build reporting that is AI-first, simple, trusted, and actionable, connecting channel activity to profit per visit and funnel step improvements
- Own email and SMS strategy and execution, including writing and sending a monthly email newsletter and event promotion emails and optimizing post-purchase journeys to nurture patients from test registration through kit return (SMS/email reminders, education on the importance of genetic screening, cart abandonment journeys, etc.)
- Deploy emails in marketing automation software (Hubspot/Active Campaign), manage list hygiene, create tagging structure, and monitor bounce and delivery rates
- Segment audiences, improve personalization, and optimize conversion and downstream outcomes (email purchase CVR, test completions attributed to email)
Requirements:
- Interest in working for a highly mission-driven organization
- Some understanding of the Jewish community
- Must have 3+ years experience owning website CRO and full-funnel optimization with B2C organizations, including prioritization, hypothesis design, implementation coordination, QA, and executive-ready readouts
- Analytical fluency with Google Analytics 4 or Post-Hog Analytics, dashboards, and attribution basics. Comfort making decisions with real-world data
- Exposure to managing email marketing, including developing email marketing strategy, writing content, deploying emails in marketing automation software, and reporting on key metrics. Willing to train this skill
- Comfortable implementing AI-first solutions into marketing workflows and marketing tech stack
- Strong organization skills, with ability to manage projects and identify project dependencies
- Excellent communication, with ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Some experience in DTC healthcare, genetics, diagnostics helpful
