Bolto is an all-in-one AI-enabled Recruiting, HR, Payroll, and Benefits platform. They are seeking Sales Development Representatives to build and scale their outbound acquisition engine through high-volume outreach and cold calling.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound daily across cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Make 100+ cold calls per day
- Send and manage large-scale outbound campaigns
- Build and maintain highly targeted startup prospect lists
- Write, test, and iterate on messaging
- Manage and optimize outbound tooling (HubSpot, Apollo/Unify/Instantly, Sales Nav)
- Consistently book qualified meetings with startup founders and operators
- Follow up aggressively and creatively across channels
- Own your pipeline and hit weekly/monthly meeting targets
- Support and execute outbound campaigns (events, referrals, targeted outreach)
- Help turn successful campaigns into repeatable playbooks
- Contribute ideas for new ways to generate pipeline
