Blackbaud is looking for an experienced product manager to launch and scale their brand-new agentic Artificial Intelligence solutions. In this role, you will lead the launch of agentic products, shape the roadmap for future offerings, and drive execution across cross-functional teams to deliver customer value through personalized automation.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and launch of Blackbaud agentic AI products from concept to market readiness
- Develop and own the product roadmap, balancing customer needs with business objectives
- Engage deeply with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and desired outcomes
- Translate insights into product features and enhancements that deliver measurable value
- Partner with engineering, design, program management, and other stakeholders to execute product strategy and deliver high-impact solutions
- Work closely with GTM and Sales teams to ensure product positioning, messaging, and readiness align with customer needs and business goals
- Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, inspiring teams with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment
- Own multiple product initiatives, guiding teams from ideation through validation, delivery, and delight
- Prioritize product backlogs and ensure timely, high-quality releases
- Track product metrics, analyze customer outcomes, and iterate on features and processes to drive step-function improvements in satisfaction and adoption
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive offerings to ensure Blackbaud’s agentic AI solutions remain differentiated and valuable
Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in Product Management, ideally with exposure to AI, automation, or SaaS platforms
- Proven success in leading 0-to-1 product launches and scaling early-stage products
- Experience managing the maturation of platforms that support machine learning or automation at scale
- Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to run multiple initiatives and interact with all levels of an organization
- Data-driven decision-making and financial acumen
- Experience with agile development practices, methodologies, and tools
- Familiarity with data management and analytics tools
