We’re seeking an energetic, full-funnel marketer to lead integrated marketing programs for our AI business, focusing on pipeline growth, product adoption, and audience engagement through strategic marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the end-to-end integrated marketing strategy, translating AI business priorities into actionable roadmaps and quarterly plans that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue
- Design and execute multi-touch, data-driven campaigns across digital, lifecycle, and partner channels to accelerate pipeline, increase product usage, and drive customer expansion
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Content teams to synchronize target account strategies, refine AI-specific messaging, and ensure seamless lead follow-up and funnel velocity
- Lead audience segmentation and database expansion efforts while collaborating with Marketing Operations to manage data integrity, lead routing, and precise campaign attribution
- Own program analytics and budgets, utilizing performance dashboards to test, iterate, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs like influenced revenue and cost per opportunity
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with at least 3 years in integrated marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing
- Proven track record building pipeline through integrated, multi-channel programs that connect audience acquisition, engagement, nurture, and conversion
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams; comfortable aligning stakeholders around shared goals and execution plans
- Experience with marketing operations and core tools, including MAPs (Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), analytics/reporting platforms, and attribution systems
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, lifecycle marketing, ABM, and partner motions within B2B go-to-market organizations
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or emerging technology categories, with the ability to translate complex value propositions into compelling campaign narratives
- This position requires the incumbent to have a sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges in this language since the performance of the duties related to this position requires frequent and regular communication with colleagues and partners located worldwide and whose common language is English
