Lockheed Martin is embarking on a digital transformation journey through its 1LMX program, aiming to reshape operations and business processes. They are seeking a mid-level ERP Business Analyst to support corporate-wide business transformation leveraging the SAP S/4HANA platform, focusing on cost accounting processes and system configuration.
Responsibilities:
- Support process design, system configuration, testing, and training
- Develop a technical solution with innovative and leading technologies through performance of system configuration
- Assist with clarification of requirements, and performance of component and integration testing activities
- Work in a scaled agile scrum team comprised of business representatives and IT employees to complete system configuration and software development based on business requirements
Requirements:
- Experience with SAP Software implementation
- Experience with SAP O&M/Sustainment
- Experience with SAP configuration for cost accounting processes
- Domain experience within finance and accounting
- Understanding of software development life cycle
- Ability to facilitate cross functional discussions and solution development
- Effective communication skills both oral and written
- Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
- US Citizenship required to due system access
- Degree in Information Systems and/or financial discipline such as Accounting, Finance, Business Analysis
- Experience with Agile Methodology
- Exposure to Automated Testing Methodologies
- Relevant SAP certification
- Experience with A&D financial reporting and cost methodologies (i.e., balance sheet, P&L, periodic accounting reporting, etc)
