Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive demand and revenue growth through lifecycle campaigns. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies to enhance user experiences and achieve core business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Drive ideation, strategy, and execution of scaled lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product notifications to drive core business outcomes (e.g. product activation, revenue, cross-sell, retention)
- Identify customer needs, ideate solutions to improve user experience, and generate ongoing user-driven insights to inform campaign strategy and optimization
- Leverage marketing automation, behavioral data, and ML-based techniques to create personalized experiences at scale
- Analyze trends, develop actionable insights to optimize against targets, and socialize relevant learnings across the organization
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Growth, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing
Requirements:
- 7+ years of work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role designing and launching campaigns
- 3+ years of experience analyzing and taking action on the performance of marketing campaigns
- 3+ years of experience writing marketing briefs
- 3+ years of experience leveraging data and ML-driven techniques
- 10+ years of work experience
- 3+ years of email marketing/CRM experience
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and/or Salesloft
- Experience collaborating with sales teams
