Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a remote sales pipeline across assigned markets
- Conduct consultative sales conversations with construction and design professionals
- Identify customer challenges and position the platform as a valuable solution
- Drive opportunities through the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, pipeline activity, and forecasting
- Adapt to feedback, evolving priorities, and growth-stage sales goals
- Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and strong business judgment
- Prospect and generate new business through outbound outreach
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, ideally in SaaS, software, services, or consultative selling
- Experience selling to SMBs, construction, or design industries is a plus
- Strong communication, discovery, and closing skills
- Comfortable selling remotely across multiple states or territories
- Highly organized, self-directed, and consistent with follow-up
- Coachable, adaptable, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
- Proven success in a high-performance sales role
- Comfortable with prospecting and outbound cold calling
