The Corporate F&B Performance Support Manager partners closely with the Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) of F&B Performance to drive improvement across all Food & Beverage revenue streams at Luxury & Lifestyle (L&L) and managed hotels. This role provides hands‑on analytical, operational, and project support to translate performance strategy into on‑property action.
Acting as a performance execution partner, this role supports hotels in identifying opportunities, implementing best practices, and improving revenue, profitability, and guest experience across outlets, catering & events, and in‑room dining. The role also supports pre‑opening and transition activity where performance enablement is required, ensuring continuity between NHOP readiness and ongoing operations.
Your day to day
F&B Performance Enablement
- Supports RVPs of F&B Performance in driving performance across all F&B revenue streams, including outlets, catering & events, and in‑room dining.
- Analyzes hotel‑level F&B performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Assists with development and execution of property‑level action plans focused on revenue growth, margin improvement, and guest experience.
- Supports implementation and adoption of F&B programs, tools, and operational best practices.
- Works directly with hotel leadership teams to support execution and follow‑through.
Tools, Standards & Best Practice Support
- Supports development, testing, and rollout of scalable F&B tools, resources, and playbooks.
- Helps translate brand and enterprise priorities into practical, hotel‑ready guidance.
- Shares best practices and insights across hotels to promote consistency and performance improvement.
- Partners with analytics and COE teams to support reporting, insights, and performance tracking.
- Support hotel leaders with F&B tools training and program immersions
Cross‑Functional & Stakeholder Support
- Works in close partnership with RVPs of F&B Performance, providing execution support and analysis. Works in conjunction with the wider Performance Leadership Team to drive on-property total asset performance
- Coordinates with Brand, Operations, Procurement, Commercial and Finance, and COE partners to support performance initiatives.
- Engages with owners and hotel leadership to support alignment and adoption of performance initiatives.
NHOP & Transition Support (As Needed)
- Supports F&B performance enablement for new hotel openings and major transitions where required.
- Partners with NHOP and Concept Development teams to ensure alignment between concept intent and operational execution.
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant and bar operations management role (manager or higher)
- Minimum 1 year of hotel experience in restaurant and bar operations leadership role (Assistant General Manager or higher)
- Experience in hotel or restaurant F&B operations, performance management, or regional support roles.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.
- Experience working directly with hotel leadership teams and owners.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment
- Working knowledge of hospitality development processes and timelines
- Familiarity in administration and support, particularly within hotel or restaurant or operations, ideally supporting more than one person in this capacity
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Working knowledge of F&B revenue streams and operational levers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse hotel portfolio
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfort operating in a matrixed, performance‑driven environment
Travel – 30%
Location – Atlanta, GA: Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
