DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze current workflows in Recruiting, Payroll, and Human Resources to identify gaps and implement high-efficiency solutions.
- Facilitate the adoption of new processes, technologies, and structural changes by
developing comprehensive communication plans and training programs that minimize resistance and maximize engagement.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Own the management of all departmental forms and templates, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and legally compliant.
- Turn complex processes into simple learning opportunities. You will lead training
sessions to ensure the team and broader company understand our systems and workflows.
- Support onboarding of new HR Professionals to ensure competency with HRIS systems and processes, and deliver consistent messaging around their utilization.
- Use data and feedback to constantly "level-up"; our operations, ensuring our tools and tactics scale as the company grows.
- Act as the primary functional expert for the HRIS and Recruiting Management systems.
- Regularly evaluate our HR and Payroll functions against industry "best practices"; to
ensure we are providing a top-tier experience for our employees.
- Identify opportunities to replace outdated manual tasks with modern, scalable digital
solutions.

Candidates must have:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial work environments.
- Superior time management skills including the ability to manage multiple issues
concurrently and the ability to lead an effective and efficient meeting.
- Demonstrated confidence including providing a consistent leadership style with an
acceptable level of professional assertiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the leadership team.
- Proven experience in successfully transitioning to new workflows and technologies
coupled with a proactive mindset for proposing and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise technical documentation and training materials.
- Proficient knowledge and application of HR laws and regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Vantage Core and Time applications.
- Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
