Job Title: EHR Data & Operations Coordinator
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to support our upcoming MEDITECH Expanse EHR implementations. This role will play a critical part in organizing data, improving workflows, and supporting teams as they transition to a new electronic health record system.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, clean, and maintain data related to the EHR implementation (training data, user lists, tracking tools, etc.)
- Improve how data is collected and structured to support reporting and decision-making during the implementation
- Support tracking of key metrics such as training completion, readiness, and adoption indicators
- Assist in building scalable tools and processes to support the EHR rollout across departments
- Translate data into clear, simple insights for project teams and leadership
- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites used for communication, documentation, and resources
- Support coordination of meetings, training sessions, and go-live activities
- Ensure information is accessible, accurate, and easy for staff to navigate during the transition
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong comfort with technology and working in digital systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT or other AI tools is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to take existing processes and make them more efficient and scalable
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills; able to explain data in simple, practical terms
- Approachable and collaborative; able to work with both technical teams and frontline staff
Ideal Candidate:
- Early career (2-3 years of experience) professional with a background or interest in healthcare, IT, data, or operations
- Excited to be part of a large-scale system implementation
- Enjoys working behind the scenes to improve how things function
- Naturally curious and proactive in identifying better ways of doing things
- Comfortable sitting at a computer for extended periods and working through detailed tasks
- Motivated by measurable outcomes and making a real impact
