SRI Telecom is a leading company in the telecommunications industry, dedicated to helping businesses build and integrate modern networks. They are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex IT and network-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination, execution, and status reporting of project-based work efforts
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans to meet business needs
- Identify risks and escalate issues related to scope, timeline, and quality
- Communicate project status, milestones, and escalations to leadership and stakeholders
- Evaluate change requests and assess impact to timelines and resources
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, budget, and priorities
- Support delivery of projects across IT, Advanced Voice, and Ethernet services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3-5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years managing projects
- Experience managing projects across multiple technologies and functional areas
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) or completion of a recognized PM curriculum required
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience with resource planning, risk management, and change management processes
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
