FRENCH Billingual Customer Service Representative

TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Remote Bilingual French Customer Service Agent. The role involves assisting customers with insurance-related issues and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance
• Assisting customers with problem resolutions to make sure all insurance requirements are met
• Verifying insurance with agents
• Uploading information to company's internal website
• Leaving scripted messages when insurance agents don't answer the phone

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in call center or retail environments
• Ability to handle 14 calls an hour
• Ability to verify insurance with agents
• Ability to upload information to company's internal website
• Ability to leave scripted messages when insurance agents don't answer the phone
• Ability to pass an assessment at 80% after training
