The Growth Marketing Associate will support demand generation and campaign execution within the Data + Analytics business unit, collaborating with various teams to ensure integrated programs run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, content, and webinars— helping bring strategies to life with strong attention to detail
- Assist in building and managing lifecycle marketing programs that drive engagement, product adoption, and pipeline contribution
- Draft campaign copy, including email sequences, landing page content, and promotional assets
- Pull and organize campaign performance data across MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
- Maintain dashboards and reporting templates that keep the team informed and aligned on progress toward goals
- Surface performance trends and flag opportunities for optimization based on data insights
- Manage campaign calendars, project timelines, and stakeholder task lists to keep programs on track
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, digital, BDR, solutions engineering) and external vendors to ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks that keep marketing programs running smoothly, including webinar logistics, lead list management, and tool upkeep
- Partner with Growth Marketing Managers and product marketing team to stay aligned on messaging, positioning, and campaign priorities
- Support BDR and sales teams with follow-up content, enablement materials, and lead routing coordination
- Participate in campaign planning conversations and contribute ideas grounded in data and audience understanding
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- One to three years of experience in marketing, demand generation, marketing coordination, or a related role — internship experience considered for strong candidates
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to draft clear, audience-appropriate copy
- Comfort working with data — able to pull reports, organize metrics, and identify trends
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with modern marketing and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Wrike, Airtable, ON24, or similar platforms)
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — you look for ways to help before being asked
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, ideally Pardot or a comparable system
- Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, or content syndication programs
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing
- Interest in or curiosity about AI, analytics, embedded analytics, or data connectivity solutions
- Experience with tools like Clay, Claude, or Power BI is a plus
