Kforce Inc is seeking a Senior CRM Business Analyst for a contract position to support an enterprise-wide CRM initiative. This role involves leading interviews, facilitating workshops, and translating business objectives into actionable artifacts while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead current-state and future-state interviews with business and executive stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops to document -As-Is- processes and design optimized -To-Be- workflows
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Perform root-cause analysis to ensure solutions address true business needs
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable artifacts, including: Business requirements, Functional workflows, Process and data models
- Drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
- Maintain traceability between business goals, requirements, and delivered solutions
- Support enterprise CRM implementations (Salesforce or comparable platforms)
- Partner with technical teams to align solutions to documented business needs
- Participate in fit-gap analysis to maximize platform capabilities
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business outcomes
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, readouts, and recommendations
- Translate technical topics into clear, business-focused messaging
- Serve as a liaison between business leadership, program teams, and technical partners
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex, enterprise environments
- Strong CRM functional and technical analysis experience
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale CRM implementations
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Ability to clearly articulate requirements, insights, and recommendations
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- Experience supporting discovery, documentation, and stakeholder alignment
- Support enterprise CRM implementations (Salesforce or comparable platforms)
- Partner with technical teams to align solutions to documented business needs
- Participate in fit-gap analysis to maximize platform capabilities
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business outcomes
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, readouts, and recommendations
- Translate technical topics into clear, business-focused messaging
- Serve as a liaison between business leadership, program teams, and technical partners
- Communication effectiveness is prioritized alongside technical expertise; A strong balance of both is required
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Background in consultative or client-facing roles
- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills
- Experience working with senior leadership in high-visibility initiatives
