Requirements:
- You have six+ years of product management experience
- You prefer interacting with customers rather than engineering teams
- You want to share your expertise and demo our software to help other product teams build lovable products
- You enjoy guiding customers of all sizes — from lean teams to major enterprise organizations
- You love to mentor teammates and champion internal best practices
- You have recently worked in product management or a similar role that was directly responsible for building software
- Working with customers (rather than defining requirements and guiding development work) is your preference, and showcasing advanced technology to sophisticated users energizes you
- Six or more years of experience defining, managing, and launching customer-facing experiences at a growing software or technology company
- Experience working directly with customers at organizations of all sizes
- Deep curiosity to learn complex tools and workflows (including advanced AI capabilities)
- Experience mentoring teammates and supporting their growth
- Strong written communication skills
- Confidence to pursue dynamic opportunities
