Director, Project Management

The role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Driving the development and execution of project management strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in clinical trial operations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
• Overseeing project progress, managing risks, and implementing solutions to ensure timely and successful delivery

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, business administration, or project management
• Extensive experience in project management within the clinical research or healthcare sectors
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering results
