They are seeking a Cold Caller / Outbound Sales Representative responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, qualifying leads, and booking demos for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to SMB owners across the U.S
- Introduce prospects to ModernEdge and how we help businesses grow
- Qualify leads and handle basic objections
- Book qualified demos directly into our team's calendar
- Maintain notes and update lead statuses
- Hit daily call and demo booking targets
Requirements:
- Prior experience selling to SMBs, contractors, and trades businesses is required
- Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Resilient, coachable, and motivated by performance
- Organized and able to track conversations
