ROAR CXO is a fast-growing fractional executive leadership firm delivering COO, CMO, and C-suite-level talent to high-growth companies. The Sales Development & Account Executive will be responsible for closing qualified leads, driving business development, and ensuring a premium client experience from discovery through onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Convert qualified inbound and outbound leads into signed clients
- Run discovery calls, present solutions, handle objections, and drive contracts across the finish line with integrity
- Identify and pursue net-new opportunities through outbound prospecting, partnerships, referral channels, and collaboration with our fractional executives in market
- Be the standard-bearer for a premium client experience
- Keep the CRM clean, maintain accurate forecasting, and contribute to improving the systems and playbooks that support ROAR’s sales motion
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in professional services, marketing, or agency environments
- Proven track record of closing — not just generating leads, but finishing the deal
- Consultative selling style — you ask great questions, listen deeply, and tailor your approach to each prospect
- Strong communicator — clear, confident, and credible in both written and verbal conversation
- Understanding of fractional, consulting, or executive services business models is a strong plus
- CRM proficiency and disciplined about pipeline hygiene
- Coachable, competitive, and motivated by building something — not just filling a role
- Real estate or real estate-adjacent experience (title, lending, proptech, construction) is strongly preferred
- Candidates who have personally invested in real estate, worked directly alongside a real estate investor or investment group, or built a career serving the investor community (property management, acquisitions, capital raising, syndications, brokerage) will be given top priority in our hiring process
