Joined Media Group (JMG) specializes in creating influencer marketing endorsement campaigns for gaming audiences worldwide. They are seeking a gaming enthusiast who is experienced in influencer marketing to build relationships with gaming influencers and manage global marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with gaming influencers, agencies, and managers
- Recruit creators for global marketing campaigns
- Scout and onboard new talent to expand our influencer network
- Negotiate partnership deals and secure competitive rates
- Bring creative campaign ideas to the table
- Track KPIs, campaign results, and prepare performance reports
- Stay on top of gaming and influencer trends to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- A true gamer — gaming isn't just a hobby; it's your passion
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing within gaming, esports, or a related field
- A deep understanding of gaming culture and current trends
- Hands-on experience working with gaming creators, esports teams, or gaming brands
- Familiarity with YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- A proactive, independent mindset and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable working with international influencers and clients
- Flexible with working hours — we operate across global time zones and adjust based on campaign needs
