Job Description

Role Overview: The Production Assistant (PA) is the "glue" of a film, television, or digital media set. This role involves handling a wide range of administrative and physical tasks to ensure the production runs on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distributing scripts, call sheets, and production schedules to the cast and crew.

• Assisting with set preparation, including moving equipment and managing props.

• Escorting talent to and from the set and managing crowd control during location shoots.

• Running errands for senior production staff and handling basic administrative paperwork.
