Compensation:
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- Average earnings: $75,000 - $120,000 a year
- Top performers exceed $150K annually!
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain unit averages as required by the store
- Maintain minimum PVR and VSC standards as required by the store
- Greet all customers promptly and courteously
- Guide customers through the entire sales process
- Utilize the Walser CRM tool effectively to track all customer interactions
- Educate customers on the benefits Walser has to offer
- Conduct test drives and ensure customers understand vehicle features and operation
- Educate customers on available financial products and financing options
- Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction
- Wear safety eyewear at all times when in dealership service departments
- Wear hard-toed shoes and slip-resistant footwear when in dealership service departments
- Perform all other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required
- Successful completion of the sales training program
- Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Professional demeanor and appearance, including adherence to uniform and nametag standards
- Strong customer service mentality
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
