• Responsible for the development and implementation of control procedures to ensure
that assets are appropriately safeguarded.
• Ensure adequate controls are in place regarding issuance of products and goods to
maintain accurate accountability of goods.
• Make recommendations to management regarding procedural enhancements to
ensure the continued effective operation of assigned functions.
• Maintain and control proper inventory levels.
• Ensure that all documentation is complete on products received.
• Manage staff to meet all pickup, delivery, and receiving functions.
• Coordinate and assist in the inventory process.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
