The role involves driving new business development, building client relationships, and influencing commercial strategy within the electronic waste and circular economy sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development across OEMs, electronics manufacturers, IT asset managers, and recycling networks
- Build and sustain high-value client relationships to secure long-term supply and recovery contracts
- Identify and develop opportunities within the electronic waste and circular economy value chain
- Partner with operations and leadership to influence commercial strategy at new and existing sites
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and sustainability forums
Requirements:
- Proven track record in e-waste business development or sales within E-recycling, OEM, electronics recycling, IT asset disposition (ITAD), or related industries
- Strong understanding of electronic waste regulations (e.g., WEEE, R2, e-Stewards) and sustainable supply chain practices
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to win new business and grow accounts
- Self-starter who thrives in a greenfield, fast-scaling environment
