Project World Impact (PWI) is a digital marketing agency dedicated to helping nonprofit organizations and mission-driven businesses achieve their goals through digital marketing solutions. The Sales and Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for nonprofits, focusing on client relationship management, sales and business development, and reporting and analytics to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client meetings, share updates, address issues, and gather feedback
- Manage client progress within the team, drive satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships
- Act as the main point of contact to ensure clear communication and issue resolution
- Identify upsell opportunities and support client growth
- May participate in proposal writing to support new business opportunities
- Deliver client reports with KPIs, insights, and performance metrics
- Monitor digital marketing performance and optimize for goals
- Track results to ensure project success and client ROI
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication; skilled at building client relationships via digital meetings
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and platforms (Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
- Comfortable using CRMs, project management, and reporting tools
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- 2 years of relationship management experience
- 1 year of sales experience
- 1 year of digital marketing experience
