Bonterra is a company dedicated to enhancing social impact through technology. The Product Marketing and Strategy Director will define product positioning and pricing strategies while engaging with customers to ensure alignment with market needs and trends.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and continually refine compelling, AI-forward product narratives that set Bonterra apart in the social good market
- Serve as the primary researcher and owner of buyer personas through hands-on interviews, surveys, and fieldwork
- Engage directly with users and customers to test and iterate positioning in real time, ensuring resonance with target audiences
- Be the clear and compelling source of truth for Sales and Marketing, translating rapid innovation into crisp, accessible, and value-driven stories
- Own the definition of TAM, SAM, and ICP for Bonterra’s offerings, ensuring our strategy is grounded in rigorous analysis
- Translate market and competitive insights into recommendations that shape roadmap priorities and go-to-market plans
- Partner with Product to design and validate packaging and pricing models for AI-driven capabilities, including: Usage-based and outcome-based pricing, Product-led growth motions, Willingness-to-pay and Van Westendorp surveys, COGS-driven profitability analysis
- Lead cross-functional pricing and packaging reviews to ensure alignment with customer value and business objectives
- Build direct relationships with customers and users, ensuring their voice drives how we position and deliver innovation
- Rapidly test, learn, and adapt messaging and go-to-market approaches based on feedback loops
- Represent Bonterra externally as a thought leader on AI’s role in social good
