New Vision Display (NVD) is a global manufacturer of touchscreen display components, seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive business growth across North America. The role involves cultivating strategic partnerships, aligning resources with customer needs, and leading business development efforts to expand NVD's market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively cultivate strategic partnerships with key customers to drive new business opportunities
- Align NVD’s resources and solutions with customers’ product roadmaps and growth strategies
- Define and prioritize business opportunities based on evolving market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies
- Lead business development efforts to expand NVD’s presence and penetration in North American markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Support senior management with active regular communication and reports
- Meet or exceed revenue and lead-generation targets while maintaining a strong, qualified sales funnel
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in display and touchscreen technologies
- 5+ years in B2B sales or business development roles
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering
- Engineering experience in key market segments including medical, automotive, industrial, or consumer
- Ability to communicate fluently in English; Spanish and Mandarin a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within North America and occasionally internationally
