Connor Group is a specialized professional services firm of Big 4 alumni, industry executives and technology architects. This role focuses on driving lead generation and building client relationships within the AI, Automation, and Analytics practice, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving external and internal lead generation for AI, Automation & Analytics practice by securing new sales leads
- Build relationships with new clients and prospects across both Finance (CFO/Controller) and IT (CIO) organizations
- Collaborate and network internally within CG partner and BD ecosystem for generating new opportunity leads through cross-selling of AI, Automation & Analytics leads
- Generate leads and manage relationships with key AI, Automation & Analytics partners
- Recommend AI, Automation & Analytics services and solutions to align with client business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as clients to ensure timely delivery of decks, scope documents, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Create high-impact Professional Services Value Propositions in collaboration with the AI, Automation & Analytics team
- Participate in pricing and SOW presentations to prospective customers, addressing inquiries and negotiating scope inclusions/exclusions
- Facilitate smooth start of the engagement by coordinating timely signing of key documents by all parties and ensuring timely project kick off
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights to enhance their digital transformation initiatives and achieve business objectives
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends pertaining to AI, Automation & Analytics to continuously improve scoping practices
- Demonstrate knowledge of Connor Group's other service offerings, including Digital Solutions IPO Services, Accounting Advisory, Financial Close & Reporting, Transformation & Risk, and M&A
Requirements:
- Overall 4-6 years of consulting or solutioning experience in the AI, Automation & Analytics space
- Knowledge of iPaas solutions (like, Boomi & Workato), understanding of rapidly emerging Agentic AI applications & trends, knowledge of Data Management (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, MDM, Data Governance etc), knowledge of Advanced Analytics & Data Science (AI/ML) applications in Finance
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conceptualize art-of-the-possible pertaining to suitability of AI, Automation & Analytics solutions for client business problem
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and credibility with clients and stakeholders
- Strategic mindset to anticipate client needs and drive business growth
