About this roleJob Summary The Product Owner, ServiceNow HRSD is responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize platform capabilities, and deliver value through agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate a clear product vision to stakeholders and development teams Align ServiceNow platform capabilities with business objectives and stakeholder needs Identify opportunities to expand and enhance ServiceNow modules, including HRSD and related capabilities Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives Guide development teams through the agile lifecycle ensuring solutions are feasible and aligned with architecture Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria Track product performance and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) Gather and translate business requirements into epics and actionable tasks Manage risks, dependencies, and timelines across deliverables Facilitate release planning, product demos, and stakeholder alignment Ensure proper testing, documentation, and approvals are completed Promote continuous improvement and agile best practices Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner At least 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Product Owner Experience working in a ServiceNow environment (HRSD required; Knowledge Management or other modules is a plus) Experience operating in Agile/Scrum environments Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SharePoint Experience leading teams in agile settings, including backlog management, release planning, and user story creation Strong domain expertise to support backlog development and issue resolution Strong collaboration skills across design, product, and technology teams Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex concepts Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead teams toward effective solutions Preferred Qualifications Experience driving innovation and continuous improvement in product development Experience working with AI-enabled features or platforms Education: Bachelors Degree
