Thirty Tigers is a leading independent music marketing, distribution, and artist management company. They are seeking a dynamic and creative Music Marketing Manager to design and execute marketing campaigns for artists, driving music visibility across platforms and managing promotional strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with digital service providers (DSPs) such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and YouTube to support artist growth and visibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for music releases, including paid social campaigns, influencer partnerships, and playlist pitching
- Analyze streaming and sales trends, audience data, and platform-specific metrics to provide actionable insights
- Prepare artist business reviews, campaign recaps, and performance reports highlighting wins and key learnings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, distribution, and A&R teams to execute successful release strategies
- Manage creator, influencer, and community-driven campaigns that authentically extend artist reach
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Music Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing strategies
- Strong skills in Campaign Management, Social Media Planning, and Publicity
- Experience with Artist Development, Media Relations, and Collaborative Promotions
- Familiarity with digital sales platforms, music streaming services, and retail distribution
- Effective communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies
- Passion for independent music and a strong work ethic
- Experience in the music industry, with professional exposure to marketing or artist management preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Music Business, or a related field is a plus
