As a National Account Marketing Manager, you will shape and execute marketing strategies for acute and government markets, driving impactful initiatives across the MedSurg portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute strategies, programs, tradeshows, educational events, digital campaigns, and new product launches for acute and government settings—including GPO and IDN key accounts—across the full MedSurg Product Portfolio
- Partner with area teams to deliver insights on local market dynamics, product performance, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends that shape business decisions
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including product marketing, local sales, clinical, and channel teams—to advance a cohesive omni‑channel strategy that meets or exceeds the operating plan. Lead strategy activation and build a feedback loop to ensure strong execution at the local level
- Communicate effectively across internal local/area functions in a remote, international environment, and engage externally with agencies, channel partners, and customers to drive alignment and support key initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND 8 years of medical marketing or sales related experience
- Deep knowledge of national account marketing, Group Purchasing Organizations and/or IDN's
- Strategic mindset, prioritization and analytical skills, problem-solving capability
- Deep knowledge of the acute continuum of care and integrated delivery networks
- At least 2 years of sales or marketing experience to government entities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute programs and projects aligned with the vision, strategy, and priorities
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills with ability to influence in a matrix environment
- Proactive, self-starter, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Healthcare experience in Canada
