Principal Platform Engineer, AI

RAVL is a boutique technology advisory and engineering firm focused on the financial services industry, and they are seeking a Principal Platform Engineer specializing in AI. This role involves building next-generation AI systems, defining architecture for GenAI platforms, and mentoring engineers while ensuring scalable and production-ready AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Define architecture for GenAI and agent-based platforms
• Build orchestration frameworks for agents, tools, and workflows
• Design scalable APIs and platform abstractions for AI systems
• Implement distributed systems using Kubernetes and cloud-native patterns
• Establish observability, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks
• Define best practices for LLM integration, prompt management, and workflows
• Mentor engineers and lead technical direction
