Civitta is an international company specializing in management consulting, funding, and digital solutions. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential leads, developing strategies to attract new clients, and managing sales pipelines while staying informed about industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads through networking events and others
- Represent the company at different offline events and meetings
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new clients for our services: web and app development, e-commerce, digital transformation, product design, and digital marketing
- Qualify leads through initial outreach and engagement, understanding their needs and challenges related to our services
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system and manage your sales pipeline effectively
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Digital project management responsibilities (in case you are interested in becoming an Associate Partner in the future)
Requirements:
- Experience in sales / procurement activities (2-3 years)
- Experience with web / mobile app technologies (2-3 years)
- Understanding of the lifecycle of web / mobile app project development
- Ability to efficiently delegate work to 1-2 people
- Ability to plan for short term and long term
- Ability to quickly establish a working relationship with new people
- Fluency in English language
- Upper intermediate level of Estonian language
