Job Description:
Client is seeking a Clinical focused Business Analyst to support a new mandate (CMS-0057 F) mandate.
The selected Business Analyst will lead large stakeholder meetings to extract requirements to meet the new SLA's of this mandate, document, validate, clarify requirements for Interoperability APIs with a focus on Prior Authorization. Other responsibilities include.

Lead requirements end to end between the business, IT and testing teams
Responsible for end-to-end requirements traceability

8 years as a BA with min. of 5 recent years within a Clinical environment
Excellent requirement gathering skills! Must have experience leading stakeholder meetings to extract requirements, then create documentation artifacts for the technical teams review.
Knowledge of CMS-0057 F
Prior experience with Utilization MGT, Clinical Management/Operations
Experience with any leading Utilization MGT platform.
Guideing Care is HIGHLY preferred. Open to InterQual or MCG as secondary options)
Interoperability and API knowledge is required.
Prior experience with end-to-end requirements gathering lifecycle
Prior experience with requirements traceability management
