Job Title: Field Service Functional Consultant (B2B + OFSC + Service Logistics)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Field Service Functional Consultant with experience in B2B integrations, Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), and Service Logistics. The candidate will support implementation, configuration, and business process improvements for field service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) solutions.
- Work on B2B integrations between field service and external systems.
- Support Service Logistics processes such as parts management, technician scheduling, and service fulfillment.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements.
- Support testing activities (SIT, UAT) and production deployments.
- Provide end-user training and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
- Knowledge of B2B integrations and service workflows.
- Understanding of Service Logistics operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to support implementation and post-go-live activities.
Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle SCM / Service modules.
- Exposure to integration tools (OIC, APIs, etc.).
