POSITION SUMMARY:
The Technical Project Coordinator works as a resource in project management, systems implementation and integration, and information technology (IT) support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as primary resource for the implementation and integration of new and existing business software applications.
- Execute projects through all phases, engaging appropriate resources, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Coordinate multiple projects at a time, staying within scope, identifying & controlling risks, and meeting schedule and deadlines set forth by Eagle Fire Management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with IT department and Eagle Fire system providers/vendors.
- Work with Technical Operations Team to analyze health & maintenance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, identify and prioritize defects, enhancements, customizations, and process changes.
- Work with Eagle Fire Management to identify reporting needs in order to create appropriate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Supports training on new and existing systems.
- Act as a SME and be available to contribute to and review technical documentation of system and operational processes.
- Must continuously adhere to the Eagle Fire’s Controlled Substances and Alcohol Standard.
- Expected to work safely, by using good judgment and follow all Eagle Fire safety policies and work procedures with authority to stop an unsafe act.
- Performs other related duties as required.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Must possess excellent technology skills, including Microsoft 365, ERP software, and other related databases.
- Must possess fluency in a wide range of devices (desktop computer, laptop, tablet, cell phone) and operating systems (Microsoft, iOS, Android).
- Must possess understanding of principles in project management, business administration, data analysis, user experience, and other related procedures.
- Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to work alone, handle change, problem solve, & resolve conflicts as they arise with minimal direction.
- Must possess excellent communication & presentation skills, including ability to design presentations and present to audiences both live and remote.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects, identify priorities, and manage time-sensitive projects.
- Must maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion, good judgement, and practice good data management & risk management skills.
- Must maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Must interact well with all levels of individuals, internally and externally.
- Must exhibit characteristics consistent with encouraging Team concept.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certified; AND
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a project coordinator, project manager, implementation specialist, IT support, data analyst, or equivalent
